  • Friday evening through Sunday afternoon

    Starting at $4800 for the rental; $300 cleaning fee; $1000 security deposit

    This full weekend booking window offers time for a rehearsal and decorating. On the big day, there is ample time to transition the space. This also provides time for a relaxed gift opening, breakfast, and cleanup the following day, ensuring everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

    Please note: Your rental agreement will specify the final negotiated price. Liquor permit, event insurance and taxes are in addition.

  • Starting at $900 for the rental

    Cleaning fee $150 under 50ppl; $300 over 50ppl

    $1000 security deposit
